Belonging
November 28, 2008
I believe that in order for anyone to be successful in any type of relationship (marital, friendship, employer/employee, child/parent, sibling, etc…), the individual must believe and know full heartedly that they are whole exactly as they are.
When dysfunction shows up, the individual buys into an agreement that they are less than perfect, they need someone else to make them whole, in fact they give part of themselves away in order to make up for that perceived lack. They get to a point where they do not need any abuse from anyone else as they beat themselves up without any stimuli.
I do not intend to minimize the impact of an abusive relationship. Abuse does show up in many forms and many different levels of intensity. What is important however is to see that the core you is not the victim, you are a beautiful, whole and divine being. Connecting to your divine source is the only way in which the individual can cast off the impact of abuse.
In order to relate to anyone, the individual must spend time and become dedicated to the re-connection with Source, if this does not happen, you will go from one bad relationship to the next, there may be varying degrees of abuse, it might be physical, emotional or both. This pattern will only be interrupted when you take stock and connect with yourself.
Counseling is very beneficial for people dealing with abuse, but only as far as looking at what has happened and taking ownership for the experience. Unfortunately, many styles of counseling allow the individual to get stuck in a loop which will never become undone until the person is allowed to release the emotion and then connect with their divinity. This in itself will allow the person to grow through the experience and not feel like an invalid for the rest of their life.
Assigning blame and labeling someone as bad, wrong, evil is not healthy for the person who has experienced any type of abuse. It would be far more powerful to forgive the person who has hurt you and then release the whole experience. Forgiveness does not mean that you condone bad, inappropriate, or unjust behaviour; you do not even have to speak to a person to forgive them. In fact, in my experience, it is much more powerful to communicate at a soul level; this can be done alone or through a guided meditation process.
To move through the hurt and pain left in the wake of abuse, it is important to be completely willing to let it go in its entirety. If there are any blocks or hesitation to this, it would be very beneficial to go within and ask yourself ‘what part of this hurt or pain serves me’. Using journaling and meditation as your tools to journey through this you will be able to remove all that is blocking your journey to regain your wholeness. I say regain here as we are all on a journey back to our divinity; we are actually recapturing what is already ours, already there within. This life is a process which allows the reconnection if you want it.
There will be times when journaling and meditation will not be enough for you to bring up the emotions that you need to let go of. When you feel like you have hit a block or need help, going for an energy healing session, guided meditation or hypnotherapy session will help you get through. All forms of massage and bodywork are also very beneficial to releasing emotions.
When you feel whole, fulfilled and right just as you are, you will find that like minded people naturally gravitate toward you. You will also find that people who are stuck in their own stuff will either come through it or drift out of your life. Your life will take on a natural flow; you will find that your love of life will know no bounds.
Gratitude
November 28, 2008
Breathe gratitude into your heart.
Take a few slow deep easy breaths (with the exhale taking longer than the inhale.) While inhaling, imagine as fully as you can that you have gratitude coming into your heart and filling up your entire body. Enjoy the feeling!
Speak out loud what you are grateful for.
After you have inhaled gratitude, pause for 2 or 3 seconds and then speak out loud what you are grateful for in your life. Notice the vibration of your voice move through your body as you say what you are grateful for. Enjoy the feeling!
Repeat
Practice this at least once a day for 5 minutes and in a short time you will notice changes in how you think and how your body feels.
Every day can be a ‘THANKS’ giving day!!
The Hopi Prophecy
November 26, 2008
“You have been telling the people that this is the Eleventh Hour.
Now you must go back and tell the people that this is the Hour.
And there are things to be considered:
Where are you living? What are you doing?
What are your relationships? Are you in right relation?
Where is your water? Know your garden.
It is time to speak your Truth.
Create your community.
Be good to each other.
And do not look outside yourself for the leader.
This could be a good time!
There is a river flowing now very fast.
It is so great and swift that there are those who will be afraid.
They will try to hold on to the shore.
They will feel they are being torn apart, and they will suffer greatly.
Know the river has its destination.
The elders say we must let go of the shore, push off into the middle of
the river, keep our eyes open, and our heads above the water.
See who is in there with you and celebrate.
At this time in history, we are to take nothing personally.
Least of all, ourselves.
For the moment that we do, our spiritual growth and journey comes to a
halt. The time of the lone wolf is over. Gather yourselves!
Banish the word struggle from your attitude and your vocabulary.
All that we do now must be done in a sacred manner and in celebration.
We are the ones we’ve been waiting for.”

Worthiness
November 21, 2008
I love the wisdom of Abraham and I wanted to share this nugget…
Worthiness, in very simple terms, means I have found a way to let the Energy reach me, the Energy that is natural, reach me. Worthiness, or unworthiness, is something that is pronounced upon you by you. You are the only one that can deem yourself worthy or unworthy. You are the only one who can love yourself into a state of allowing, or hate yourself in a state of disallowing. There is not something wrong with you, nor is there something wrong with one who is not loving you. You are all just, in the moment, practicing the art of not allowing, or the art of resisting

Dear Spirit
November 20, 2008
Please show me how to love.
Teach me how to extend my light into the life of another.
Remove the barriers to my soul, the walls which stand in front of my heart.
Please remove my commitment to aloneness.
Please remove my resistance to joining.
I do not have to go out and look for love because I know in every cell of my body, it is all around me.
Instead I seek the healing of my resistance to it, the strengthening of my spirit.
That I might learn to love, to love well, to love fully, and to love deeply.
Please keep my ears open to the love that is accessible in any moment.
Let me not shut down.
Let me always remember that true love is my call to love who I already am.
Thank you very much.
Opening
November 20, 2008
This morning I had the opportunity to connect with a wonderful healer – she had recently reached out to make her services available as a research plan – I responded (as did many others) and got a message back saying that due to the overwhelming response she was not able to take on all of the volunteers… I understood – the offer was wonderful and I wished all of the participants the best!
Then a few days later she contacted me saying she felt very drawn to working with me and was changing her schedule to allow for the sessions — I was so excited… I did not feel that I had huge attachment to receiving this session but I knew that something needed to shift for me energetically — you see I have been feeling a little stuck – not manifesting as well as I know I can and feeling a little overwhelmed with growing my business.
So guess what — it turns out this this is exactly the area she is going to work with me on — guess this means I am starting to get out of my own way! I am so excited about this process – as with any type of energy work – the ripple effect into all other areas of life are quite profound! I am blessed!
Much Love,
Moira
Inner Wisdom
November 20, 2008
Sometimes we can find ourselves stuck in expectation… what is expected of us as a man, woman or child. Our society has rules, regulations and expectations that once bought into and accepted mold who and what we are. Every so often, something shifts and the clouds of the agreement clear the way and we are able to question where we are, what our purpose is and why we are living the way we are.
A lot of people accept a life style of lack, need and want because they have lost touch with the core strength and power that exists within. The truth is that, everyone deserves and is worthy of great riches and abundance in all ways, there is no actual difference between the ‘haves’ and the ‘have nots’; the gurus and the students; the followed and the followers; we are all just at different levels of our own journey back to wholeness, back to paradise.
Rather than looking at a person who may be further along on their path to wholeness than you are with jealousy; feelings of lack or accepting that they are ‘better than you’ or if you ever find yourself listening to a person who purports that they are better than others, it is time to go within and awaken the guru within, your god self is already in existence, you have just forgotten how to listen and feel the light within. Inner reflection and tuning into that voice inside is so simple, in fact it is so simple that people over complicate the process with their own feelings of lack and unworthiness.
Once on the more awakened phase of your journey to wholeness it is important to stay vigilant with regard to your ego, you don’t want to get stuck into a rut of listening to your ego instead of the inner wisdom. The way to distinguish between the two is simply a case of viewing where the message is coming from, if it is coming with any sense of negativity, selfishness, personal ownership then it is ego… Inner wisdom speaks from a place of the greatest good for all concerned.
Inner wisdom flows through you; it is the God within, the holy place inside that exists for your highest good, the absolute best for you. The more you open up to this flow and acknowledge that it is God flowing through you and for you, the more abundant and self realized you can become. Be careful not to claim complete ownership for the manifesting of physical, emotional or spiritual gain; that is the ego talking and it is not showing gratitude for the God force flowing through you.
We are in a time of growth and re-awakening, it is time for people to wake up to the wholeness, beauty and holiness that each one of us possesses. There are a multitude of methods and ideas of how to succeed on this path. The most powerful method is for each of us to realize that we are a whole person as we are right now; none of us need another to make us whole. In fact, the more cognizant a person is of their own wholeness; the more success in relationships they will have.
In order to have any kind of relationship in life, one must have an impeccable relationship with themselves; there is no room for any dysfunction in your relationship with yourself when you are truly in touch with your inner guidance. Dysfunction in your relationship with yourself can show up in many ways, not maintaining a healthy body, gossiping, being jealous or negative, being a bully, and allowing yourself to be bullied, to name a few.
There are many books, articles and essays written about how to connect with your inner wisdom or awaken the god spark we each possess, there are many methods and ideas about achieving inner peace and realizing your full potential, there are so many different ways that work because what communicates to one person’s needs and understanding will not communicate to the next one. However, the one thing that is common to whatever method or path you choose is commitment and trust.
It is imperative that you remain committed to awakening your God self and trust that everything that happens to you, every experience that comes your way, every environment you find yourself in, every insight you achieve, it is all for you… it is happening just for you to get it, it is so that you can arrive at the full realization that God lives within and through you.
The more you can commune with Spirit and the God spark within, the more you will see that it is all about love, success and abundance for everyone, there is no one that more deserving than another. If you start having worthiness issues, acknowledge that it is your ego speaking and you don’t have to listen!
It is time to awaken to the spark within – know that you are whole and embrace life with child-like fascination and love. Always remember to name what you want (never put attention on what you don’t want) and then trust that it will come in whatever form is divinely right for you.
Love,
Moira
Cleansing
November 19, 2008
Today is the first day of a 30-day cleanse for me. I am feeling excited about this process. Not only do I get a chance to rid my body of impurities and toxins which do not serve my physical health – but it is a good time for me to take stock in what is going on for me mentally and emotionally.
It is so true that I make my own reality – to me it is very important to bring all aspects of me into alignment and balance. If I ingest processed foods, too much caffeine, alcohol and sugar — I find that I lose touch with the inner wisdom I have access to. My body speaks and gives me messages but I can no longer hear them when I am toxic in body and mind.
The lovely part of going on a cleanse for me too (apart from the weight loss, extra energy and better clarity!!) is the feeling of simplicity in my diet. I nourish my body with excellent nutrition and loving thoughts. This gives me great joy.
Until next time,
Namaste,
Moira
Off and running
November 18, 2008
I am so excited to have this site operational – I have been wanting to have a place where I could offer my services – provide a place where people can stay in touch, share and learn more.
I am feeling called to work with larger groups of people – I know that this is the right thing for me to get involved with because when I think about it I am filled with a nervous excitement. I have a lot to offer in the realms of education, support and facilitation in the deepening of personal relationships.
My path has allowed me to experience many different types of challenges, gifts and experiences. Over time I hope to allow you more and more into who and what I am – how we might be of benefit to one another and witness profound change and awesome abundance personally and as a group.
Please bear with me as I develop this site – I also welcome any suggestions, comments and requests for topics, sessions or discussions.
Until next time!
Love,
Moira
