Scheduling
August 30, 2011
I’ve been striving for a sense of organization in my business-life and my personal-life. Just having a sense of what needs to be done today – how much time each task will take and what the best priority order is!
When I say striving – I mean idealizing or dreaming of ![]()
I am definitely getting better at staying on track – I’ve just finished getting all of my email addresses together and being run through my Gmail account which I have to say – I’m quite impressed on how much less time I am spending on that – it’s much less of a distraction to me when I do not see that little message “You’ve Got Mail” flashing up on the bottom right corner of my screen!
The other thing that I’ve been able to get back on track with is my exercise routine – I am fitting in at least 30-45 minutes 5-6 times a week… My body sure feels better when I organize my time to allow for that!
So all I want to lovingly draw your attention to is that in order to really get into a sense of order in your life – the first step is to look after YOUR well-being. What could you do today to start that?
Gratitude and Gratefulness
August 10, 2011
Gratitude for what you HAVE instead of yearning for what you do not (yet!) have is often spoken of as being the key to living a much more fulfilling life – I believe that being grateful here and now also allows us to keep our attention in the present moment – rather than spinning off into the future (wishing for something to arrive) or going back into the past (pining for something that’s been “lost”).
What do you do to express your gratitude in life?
It occurred to me that there are varying levels of gratitude and appreciation that I express. Sometimes it’s just having gratitude for having a place to live – food on the table – friends, family, etc. But other times it is much more granular than that…
- like feeling the whisper of the breeze playing with my hair as I walk down the road.
- seeing the trees dance and sway in the wind.
- listening to the frogs and crickets sing as I drift off into a restful sleep.
“It is necessary, then, to cultivate the habit of being grateful for every good thing that comes to you, and to give thanks continuously. And because all things have contributed to your advancement, you should include all things in your gratitude.” ~Wallace D. Wattles
What are you grateful for today?
Divinely Inspired
August 4, 2011
As you may know – I have been working on some changes in my business. The main focus of these changes is to deliver the results YOU are looking for rather than a per session mode of operating.
When looking at the idea of specializing – I chose stress management as that is a large part of what I do… However, when I reviewed what YOU are asking me for – it was weight loss!! I’ll still continue to offer the products I have now – but the new program is www.DivinelyInspiredWeightLoss – you can hop on over there and see what it is all about.
If you have worked with me before, you will know that it is so very important to me to support people in their journey to gain health and happiness physically – emotionally – mentally – and spiritually (PEMS).
I’ll keep you posted as this process unfolds – I’d love to hear from you about any specific program or product you feel would be of benefit to you!
