A consultation on the phone to facilitate a major shift or breakthrough on a major challenge or issue in your life.
Before booking a session, please read the description on how I work to ensure that I am the right person to work with you on this issue. My sessions are catered to your needs – I work by being guided by a blend of my own intuition and channeled information. I use a combination of techniques to allow the development of the desired goal.

My Ultimate Wellness, Guidance and Support Package
One Personal Phone Sessions every week (These can be to target your next significant goal or your daily goals – or just a call to deal with issues as they come up). Unlimited e-mail support (for those little questions and / or need for support throughout your day).
Each week we will address major goals and issues during a series of telephone consultations (up to four per month). These can be scheduled in by agreement and I stay as flexible as I can to accommodate your needs.
Together, we will define what it is you really want and then figure out the quickest and easiest way to get there for you… there is optimum support to help you achieve your goals.
Sometimes additional issues will come up which will also require resolution and you will have me there to give you full coaching support as you move through them.
In addition – as another level of support, and in particular when you just require a quick resolution of a more surface question – you have unlimited email support.

Unlimited e-mail support
Twice a month we will have a telephone session – for one hour – and target your next major issue or goal.
At the beginning of every week we will redefine what it is you really want to achieve / receive or resolve and then figure out the fastest and easiest way to get you there.
As questions come up about the tools and techniques I develop and use with you – you can e-mail me for clarification a few times between calls to keep you on track on moving toward to what you really want.

My Entry Level, Guidance and Support Package
After our initial Wellness Coaching Session (details above). This package gives you weekday e-mail support to allow you to stay on track to achieving your goals and maintaining the change that you aspire to.
This is a package to support you after a personal session with me, to keep the energy flowing and guarantee you make the changes that you wish for yourself.
When you decide to have an individual consultation with me – we will talk for an hour and work out the most important things you want to change for the betterment of your life and to allow you to get where you want.
I will give you the tools you need to make the shifts happen for you and guidance on how to use the tools most effectively. Together we will plan the strategy to best implement the changes for you. After your session you will be left to apply the tools and achieve the desired changes… however, that is not always enough.
My Silver package is designed to give you ongoing support via continuous access to me, ask specific questions (by e-mail) about the things we have discussed and the tools and techniques I have given you.
I have found that providing clients with support, and access to me for ongoing questions and check-in gives them a sense of accountability and thus guaranteeing the achievement of their goals and dreams much quicker and easier than you could imagine.
