You’ll find something different, something special about my approach to weight loss. You see, as I struggled with my own body image, trying many different products, diets and methods, I knew deep-down that something was still missing.

What was missing?

A holistic approach to weight loss! That is, none of these other weight loss solutions addressed the needs of the body, mind, emotions AND spirit in weight loss.

It is of great importance to treat the “mind and spirit” along with the body. This is where we harness the most powerful seeds for change. So in my approach you’ll see some things that may seem unusual to you but – trust me – they are quite effective for weight loss, and will truly enhance your entire life.

What is Intuitive Weight Loss Coaching?

Coaching is an excellent support for weight loss. Coaching is based on wellness and the belief that we are creative, resourceful and whole. We know ourselves and have our own answers. We just need an intuitive, supportive, dedicated partner to facilitate our process of accessing your own wisdom. That’s the role I fulfill for my clients.

How do we work together?

We will be using powerful questions, visualizations, journaling, and various coaching and energy healing techniques to peel back the layers, like an onion, to get to the core of what’s going on for you. We may pull valuable information from the past but then move forward with it, not stay there.   Coaching is goal oriented and moves forward with momentum.

Where does it take place?

The coaching process is usually done over the telephone. It is convenient, intimate and effective. If you live in the Ottawa or Burnstown area, we have the option of meeting face to face.

Who needs Weight Loss Coaching?

If you are an emotional eater, you need more nourishment than a diet alone can provide.

Diets don’t work in the long run because they don’t solve what caused you to gain weight in the first place

You are an emotional eater if you:

  • eat when you are not hungry
  • often eat beyond fullness
  • binge at night or when you are alone
  • feel out of control or compulsive about food
  • sneak eat
  • use food for love, comfort, stress relief, distraction, etc…
  • want to avoid feelings, escape, tune out with food
  • find that diets have not worked for you in the long run

You may also tend to be:

  •  a perfectionist and all or nothing in your approach to dieting
  • a high achiever
  • hard on yourself
  • sensitive and perceptive, affected by the moods of others.
