Master Your Power: How your beliefs shape your life experience is a eight part course I have developed to help you understand the influence of your beliefs, and to teach you how to harness their power.
Each lesson is broken down into easily-digestible chunks of information, followed by an exercise that will help you look within for answers relevant to you and your life.
We’ll examine how your beliefs can have an effect on your health and on your sense of well-being. We’ll look at limiting beliefs, and how they can hold you back—and how to break them apart.
I’ll teach you how to tune in to your inner wisdom. You may ask – “What inner wisdom?”… Well, we all have intuition, instincts and inner voices that can help guide us through life – if we are willing to listen. We often ignore our “other nature” in favour of our conscious mind.
Most of us lead such busy lives, filled with stress and pressures, that we ignore physical signs that there is something wrong. Aches and pains are our bodies’ way of trying to get our attention. I’ll teach you how to obtain guidance from your inner self and you’ll know when you’ve tapped into it—because you will feel a warm glow and a sense of comfort and strength.
