- Day 1 – Set-up Your Self Care Routine – we will learn what self care means for you and what you need to do to feel supported.
- Day 2 – Adopt an Attitude of Success – how does your attitude determine your level of commitment and ability to stick to a goal?
- Day 3 – Verify Your Goals and Vision – no amount of success can be created without a realistic set of goals and an over-riding vision of what you wish to create.
- Day 4 – Validate Your Plan of Action – with the setting of goals, the next requirement is to plan out and measure the steps required.
- Day 5 – You’re on Your Way – This is where you can ask your burning questions related to anything we’ve covered so that you can continue on your path.
