What kind of manifestation techniques do you use?
Manifestation is the results of your thoughts. Sounds simple doesn’t it? However, in order to make it work for you – you really must believe it and live by it.
What we focus upon expands, so what are you manifesting?
Just pause for a moment and think about it… what you are manifesting right now?
How do you feel about what you are manifesting and do you feel like it’s your creation?
You may have some doubts about this but you are already an expert at manifesting!
Just look at everything around you and all the experiences that you have been having.
If we can move forward from that belief that we are already creating the things that are in front of us, we can also think that it is possible to change what we are manifesting.
So if manifestation is a given, then how do we change what we are manifesting.
Focus on what you want: Focus on the feelings of what you want and feel positive about it, positive about having it, feel good in your mind, body and emotions.
The opposite of this is to focus upon not having it and the idea that you should have it. This is an important point to take note of. Think back to the experiences that you have had and how you felt about those things before they were delivered. Think about things that came easy and things that were difficult. Use your own experiences to take this point to a deeper level deeper.
Start to take inspired action towards having what you want. Inspired action means to take action with awareness of how it makes you feel as you move towards creating and having what you want.
Taking action with awareness allows you to know when you are experiencing some limiting beliefs and to recognize the negative voice that tells you to stop (or not even start!) or change direction.
The simplest method to follow when you have a negative belief, it to just, acknowledge it (it was based upon some faulty programming which is no longer relevant to you!) and then replace it with a positive one. This may take some repetition but it will be well worth it.
Continue to take action with awareness and you’ll know when you are making the decisions that will support what you want. If you get off track, just return your focus and get back on track again.
Personal growth is a lot about knowing who we really are and using conscious manifestation is a great tool to learn a lot about ourselves. When you master conscious manifestation you will also realize at a deeper level that it was really you who created all those experiences.
Happy manifesting… and enjoy your manifestation techniques AND your manifestations!

I love this topic! I manifest all the time and am well aware of it. I write down everything I want, expect to get it, put myself in the feeling of having it now, and wham. It shows up. But, usually NOT in the way I think it will. That’s the key. Being open to how the Universe sends you the manifestation. So fun, this thing called life!
we are meant to imagine our own life, see ourselves do what we desire to do. That is how create our own life.
Focusing on what it is that you really want, what you desire. Seeing it happen in your mind. That is powerful stuff. Our words have creative power, whether it be good or bad so it’s really important to pay attention to what we tell ourselves. God created everything by His Word… that should tell us something! Great article. Loved it! 🙂
Wonderful post Moira! This is a topic that keeps coming up for me this week. What you said about paying attention to the things that come easy, and the ones that are difficult really hit home for me. I need to practice more mindfulness when I’m manifesting, I think. Thanks!
My fiance recently left me and I go through periods of extreme anxiety and saddness that sometimes only last for a few minutes or an hour or so… any suggestions what I can do during those times? Should I just have a mantra I keep telling myself and breathing exercises. I need some help with getting through the times where it physically hurts… any suggestions.. thanks
Lynn
Hello Lynn – I’m sorry to hear of the periods of extreme anxiety and sadness you are experiencing… Having a mantra that feels empowering or supportive to you is a good idea – maybe put it in writing on post-it notes around you will help too. Focusing on your breath and keeping your attention in the present moment is important too. How about going for a walk, calling a friend, having a cup of tea, changing your routine, go for a massage…
I encourage you to recognize that these feelings can and do pass – I hope this helps a bit.
